The Faraday Center - One of the original buildings, the Faraday Center is a 20,000 square foot building, which serves an incubator for new and expanding businesses in the bio-technology field.

The building currently houses lab space for Promega, Mitoscan, Genetic Visions, and Biorenewal as well as, office space for Fitchburg Center, and Engelhardt and Associates.
